Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was overall a great choice for my stay in Grand Forks, BC. I found the location to be convenient for meeting up with friends and family, and the rooms were clean and tidy, although a bit dated. The breakfast included some nice options, which I appreciated, but if you're looking for something more modern or a hot breakfast, this might not be the best fit for you. Still, I enjoyed my experience and would be happy to return.
My stay was a bit mixed. The check-in process had some hiccups, but the staff was quick to assist me in getting into a better room. While the rooms were generally clean and the beds comfortable, they are definitely starting to show their age. The breakfast selection was limited, and despite having a nice outdoor pool, it was disappointing that it wasn't available during my visit.
I found the Ramada in Grand Forks to be a decent stopover, especially after a long drive. While the location was convenient and the staff were pleasant, the rooms felt quite dated and could use some updating. The breakfast was basic but adequate for a quick start to my day. Overall, it’s a reasonable place for the price, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had an unfortunate experience with my booking that was completely mishandled by the hotel. When I finally arrived, the room was in dire need of renovation and basic upkeep, which took away from the overall stay. While the bed was surprisingly comfortable, the lack of cleanliness and poor amenities left a lot to be desired. It’s also frustrating that management wasn’t accommodating regarding my booking issue, which added to the disappointment.
We had a decent experience at the Ramada in Grand Forks. While it felt more like a motel and some aspects were a bit dated, the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the spacious TV and hot water. However, the breakfast was quite basic, and the service had its hiccups with room availability. The price was reasonable for a long weekend stay, so it wasn't all bad.
